Today we offer wheels using a highly advanced production technique called Rotary Forging™. In Rotary Forging™ the wheel is spun at high speeds under intense pressure as it takes shape. This fundamentally alters the molecular structure of the aluminum alloy, which enhances its strength. This result is a wheel which has an optimized combination of much lighter weight and greater durability than a traditionally cast wheel. The weight saving accrues to the outer perimeter of the wheel, dramatically reducing rotational mass and enhancing vehicle performance.
Beyern BMW custom wheels are typically larger in diameter and width than original equipment wheels and are designed with massive lips for sure fire tire bead lock. Our wheels are also engineered to be hub-centric, meaning the center hole fits snugly over your BMW's hub for a smooth, vibration free ride. Beyern wheels are fully compatible with original OE lug bolts, the BMW-logo center cap and the factory tire pressure-monitoring system.
